Running rpms for 671 tibbs

where are you guys running the

where are you guys running these. I top out at 2550. Is 2200 too much? also water temp runs at 180 on port 200 on stbd. how much out of range is this. what should I be looking for? thanks.

engines should be set to run at 2300 f/l rpms.
coolant temperature [deg.f]nomal is 160-185.
you may have some restrictions in cooling system.
