I have a 1075 85 hp evinrude that i have been having idleing troubles and dying when shifting. I have took the carbs off and going to clean. off the bat i noticed that one of the gaskets between the air silencer and the carb was missing. Could that be the culprit? Does a kit come with these gaskets? Every thing looks great besides that. No gunk or goo anywhere. No build up on the bowl or nothing. All the other gaskets are in good shape. Inlet needle looks good. I dont want to have to buy 2 kits if i dont need to.
