I removed my motor

I removed my motor and noticed that the inner transom plt. has a tag on it that reads DP-S but the drive is marked DP-C1. The eng is a 96 5.7 Gi . Is something wrong here? I wonder because awhile back I fd that the last driveshaft seal closest to the drive in the flywheel housing was much to small for the bore by application. P/n 958860. Thanks Jon"
