"Hi. I am sure that this is a common problem, but I am constantly ramming a wire into the exhaust port (piss hole) of my 03 outboard to keep the flow going. Apparently there is some obstruction. What is the easiest way to get at the inside of the effected area to clean it out? +Thanks

I would trace the line back to

I would trace the line back to its origin and replace it.
