"I am having a coulpe of problems with this one. I just purchased a boat with this motor on it that had been sitting outside, uncovered for two years. When I start it at home, I don't have any trouble with it, but when I get it in the water it is hard to start and you never know if it will have alot of power or not sometimes it runs great and sometimes you can barely keep it running. I think maybe it's dirty carbs but it dosent have any trouble until I put it in the water. The other problem is with the trans., it will not stay in gear while it is going forward. I have tried to adjust the linkage at every possible point but with no positive results."
