"The engine is seems to be bogging down or not getting up to speed properly. While going forward the RPM's don't get up, however I put it in reverse and the RPM's are fine. I had the throttle wide open on the lake and it never got out of the hole. Only twice did it get out of the hole and run perfectly, but if I stop and go it just chugs again. Also I noticed the engine temp was ruinning around 200 to 220. Any ideas?"
