Replacing trim supply line

"well it appears that last year when they installed the new motor, they broke the hydro line to stern drive cylinders...about 2 1/2" down from steel section leading into the pump...and then instlled brass insert and clamped it...well while fooling around with trim indicator gauge, it popped loose and flooded the bilge...have a 260 v-8 and seems as if it will be just about impossible to reach other end to replace it...is there a repair kit for this broken plastic line??????? i work on semi tractor trailers every day ass a mc diesel mech, i went up and found nothing that would work in our brass fittings at the shop...seems as if it is a bastard size line..thanks for the help, mark"

Ayuh,... What Vintage,..??..??

If it's 1 of the hi-pressure lines,...
They run to the little Manifold, bolted to the bottom of the transom assembley,....
On the Outside of the boat... 2, 1/4" nuts,+ it comes down,+ out...

Btw,....
Those lines are Not repairable,+ Must be Replaced..."

"hi Bondo....it's a 88 four winns sundowner....all mercruiser..alpha 1...sbc configuration..Oildyne Power Trim Pump (Plastic Reservoir..tried to find pic/diagram of lines and connections, but....maybe thought there might be one in those pdf files you loaded, under "the back doors open"...just not sure which file to download....thanks for any and all the info, mark"
