"I need to replace my swivel bracket on a 1990 V4 evinrude 120hp, and don't know how to remove the 2 bolts on the lower exhaust housing. Can someone tell me how to remove the bolts."

"Yes I meant 4 bolts, but I still can not get them to budge. someone said something about 2 nuts on each side of the housing. I took the 2 covers off and did not see any nuts only two things that look like pins,they wouldn't come out either. I need some assistance please. THANK YOU"
