i reacently purchased a boat

i reacently purchased a boat with a ford 460 and and omc out drive im trying to find out how many rpms i should be turning at full throttle can any one help me out
 
anywhere from 44-4800 rpms.

anywhere from 44-4800 rpms. I have the same engine. 4400 is safe. Dont try for any higher if you want it to last. Also what temp does yours run at?
