We have a Volvo Penta V6 engin

We have a Volvo Penta V6 engine that will not start (won't turn-over). The battery has been checked and was found to be fine. What else should I check? What could be wrong?

"Does the starter turn when you attempt to start? If not, the problem could be a defective starting relay (usually placed by the resettable fuse -the one with the red button- on top of the engine) or a bad ground between the engine block and the (-) of the battery."
