"I have an 1980 70 horse Evinrude that we rebuilt the carbs this past spring, thanks to your response, it was something that we felt like we could accomplish and we did. It runs better than ever BUT.....
I have noticed this summer that if we are cruising along at top speed, this is at about 38 mph, my rpm's meter is showing 55 rpm's, then it will begin to chug out, like it is not getting gas quick enough, I back off to 50-52rpm's and she runs smooth but when I lay it down, it wants to bog out. All suggestions and idea's are much appreciated.
