Which head do I have

"I have a 1987 3.7l LX 180hp motor. I think that the 470's have a 460 head but I heard that my engine has that head also. is this true, and if so what year head is it the same as?????"

ok which year is compatable cause I'm thinking about swapping it for an aluminum head. the reason I want to do this is my head has alot of rust on it and was also wondering if the valves sizes are the same on car vs. boat motor. I had to have a spot welded on the head near the exhaust cause there was a pin hole and I'm not sure if its bad anywhere else and wouldn't want a hole in there while closed up. I run my bildge blower all the time to insure no explosions..
