"My motor still runs like crap

"My motor still runs like crap! checked everything easy, lots of people are telling me the vapor seperation tank might need to be drained. How hard is that. do need to remove intake. I see the screw for it but do i need to unbolt it and swing it out from the motor to drain. and should the inside be looked at i had alot of water in seperator. Is this a expensive job to have done."

"Pumped the bulb and drained quite a bit of fuel out, as far as i can tell it is clean fuel. Tried running the motor and still the same.-TO JUSTINTIME YOUR TIME AND INFO. IS GREATLY APPRECIATED THANKS!"
