i got a 69 merccruiser sn 2724072.anyone know what engine that is.i think a model 470.i got a froze up engine i think from moisture any way to fix that cheaply?

depends on why it's frozen

depends on why it's frozen; plull the plugs and squirt a good dose of PB Blaster into each cylinder and let it sit awhile. Then try to turn it w/a breaker bar and socket by rocking it back and forth. Repeat PB Blaster several times until it will make a complete revolution.
