"well , i posted last week and had trouble with a 1991 evinrude 50hp vro, and engine will only run if i choke it , well i done a cleaning and rebuild carburetor and its still doing the same thing , i have to choke it to keep it running , anybody have any ideas what else it could be and what i could do to fix the problem , i was thinking maybe clogged fuel filter , or could the oil and gas mbe mixing too rich ?, the engine has not been ran in 3 1/2 years except last year when a water pump was installed and it ran fine ,"
