"Early 90's (not sure exactly) model M90A 90HP tohatsu with a jet drive. Can anyone tell me what Wide Open Throttle is? I can get it to 4000 rpm no problem, with or without the control box. I was thinking it was a little more rpm than that. Thanks in advance, Kevin"
 
The larger pitch prop the less

The larger pitch prop the less RPMs you will get. Downsize your prop will get your RPMs up to 5000 and increase your hole shot but decress your top end speed.
