Trying to find out if this can

Trying to find out if this can be done and what all is involved with a marine engine swap

If it can be done i will be looking for merc engine assy and any related parts needed.

"As allways, can be done,,, but buying another boat equipped as you want it and selling yours makes a lot more sense.

First take a look at power train you want in another boat, preferably with your's setting beside it. Take measurements, compare, see if present doghouse will fit larger motor, or will you have to build a larger one. Width?

If you think it's feasable find a complete boat, damaged, ragged out interior, partially burnt, bank repo, etc. That way you'll have most of necessary parts.
