On this boat there are knobs above each imstrument on the panel. the one above the key is blown. do i pull it out of the knob or do i buy a new one with the knob?
 
Pull it out of the knob. It s

Pull it out of the knob. It should be a glass cylinder with steel ends. Replace fuse in "knob" and insert and twist back into the console.

BUT SOMETHING BURNED THAT FUSE.
iT IS AN IGNITION FUSE AND YOU PROBABLY HAVE A SHORT. COULD BE A LOOSE WIRE FEL OFF AND WENT TO GROUND.

If you are having trouble changing the fuse the problem is probably beyond your skill level. Find a good electricial to check the wiring from the fuse to all circuits that lead fromit.
