"I have a 1995 Yamaha 90hp 2 stroke. When the motor is trimmed up (without the trim towing latch locked) the motor slowly drops down after a few hours. If I trim the motor up and down a few times then lower it using the bleed (? on side of outboard bracket) screw, then tighen the bleed screw) and trim motor back up it is ok for a few days. What is the problem?

I am assuming that when you refer to a "bleed" screw, you are talking about the manual release valve, which allows you to raise and lower the engine by hand.
Maybe the o-ring on the valve needs to be replaced, or maybe the valve is damaged.

"I had the same problem with my '94 Yam 90. After exercising the manual release valve screw a few times and then tightening it well, the downward movement stopped."
