I have a couple of problems th

I have a couple of problems there is kind of a stutter or rough area in my motor around 4000-4500 RPM and it seems like it almost shifts and I have the same kind of thing when coming down from wide open but not at same RPM.
 
I am know having another probl

I am know having another problem but I think that it is realated and I think that it must be a fuel pump or the computer. I can run the boat all day up to 38 MPH but once I get up up to the low to mid 40's pretty much full throttle the motor will just quit or dye. sometimes when this happens I will back it off and it will recover and pick back up anyone have any ideas.
