"Hope someone can point me in the right direction.
I have a 27 Contender with a pair 0f 250 OX66's
Last weekend running offshore my starboard motor starting acting up.
I cleared the jettys with both motors running great, turning 4200 rpm entered a 2-3 ft tight chop. The sarboard motor would cut out everytime I hit a wave hard. Running with the seas it doesn't do it, only occasionally if I hit hard. In a head sea almost every wave. I can't tell if the gauges are shutting off or not. The RPM s drop and the motor turns back on and picks up. It isn't fuel unless it's a fuel pump or injection pump. Could it be a wiring harness, a fues connector, a battery cable?
Were do I start? Please help!!!!
