I have twin 200hp 1988 counter
I have twin 200hp 1988 counter rotators with 1200 hours. Both carbs have been rebuilt twice in last three years. New filters also. Port runs fine up to 5400 rpm. Starboard revs fully in neutral but will not advance past 2800 rpm under load. Runs fine at idle and up to 2800 (even throttle position/synched with port) but advances no more after that even at WOT.
Local mechanic is stumped.
Please advise.
