"My apologies if this has been covered before. I have a 2006 115 4 stroke with 95 hours. Currently im using Yammalube 4-M. All my other vehicles (cars) are using Mobile 1, and I would prfer to use it in the boat too. Does anyone have any input as to using Mobile 1 in an outboard?"

Amsoil has a Marine 4 stroke oil in 10w30 or 10w40. I have used Mobil 1 for nearly 30 years in my trucks but I think a synthetic formulated for marine application would be a better choice. I have used Amsoil in a 2000 Silverado since it was new. In my opinion it is superior to Mobil 1.
