1988 75 3 cyl leaking water into one of heads

motor is sluggish when you pow

motor is sluggish when you power down on it . pulled plugs - bottom plug had water in it . any ideas on source . block is not cracked . thanks

Probably the cylinder

Probably the cylinder head gasket. You should pull the head anyway in order to check the piston and walls. It is usually obvious when you inspect the gasket if it is leaking.

You should check the head for warping while you have it off.
