"I spoke with someone on the phone today who was trying to identify his Interceptor engine from the serial number. I found the info sheet and I thought I would post it here. It is attached as a PDF.

I have an FE based Interceptor engine with the decal on the valve cover unreadable. I've always been under the assumption it was a 280hp 390CI. That riveted tag on the intake starts off with KP 42R. Could someone tell me if it is in fact a 280/390? The above pdf doesn't work for me...
