"I recently bought a used 2002 Four Winns with a 4.3liter Volvo Penta and I cannot hear the blower. There is a set of wiring which looks as though it should be connected to the battery. When I hook it up, the bilge and blower dash lights come on but stay on even without the key. Not sure if these are related problems. Checked the fuses. Don't know where to go now?"
