I dewinterized my yamaha a few

I dewinterized my yamaha a few weeks ago and everything went fine. I went to use my boat this past weekend and when I turned the key to the run position the alarm sounded. I was able to start the motor and the alarm continued. Any idea as to what the problem is?

There is plenty

There is plenty of oil (the resevoir is full) and the pump is getting oil. There seems to be plenty of water going through the motor as well.
