i remember i used to see a little water come out of the two little holes under the cowling. not any more.

i put in a impeller kit. pee's good, still hot.

i blew compressed air in all holes and nothing.

after i took the powerhead off and investigated.
checked the exhuast removed and replaced gaskets. just minor near nothing corrosion and salt. same results.

then i removed the head, looked the same no clues. changed the gasket. shaved the head a hair, just so it seats well.

i put the motor upsided down and put wd40 down the two holes near the cowling. still same head ach.

i checked the temp. with a lazer temp. it read on the top near the head gasket and the thermostat 125f. on the head between plugs read about 150f max 160.

i put vinger and later degreser down the thermostat same results.

fact is i need help. i remember this engine was once cool to the touch.
