"I'm experiencing a loss o

"I'm experiencing a loss of power/speed @ WOT on my '04 200 HP EFI OX66. Changed Feul Filters and put in feul injector but still getting a surging and cut out loss of RPM @ WOT and only gettig 29 knots @ WOT vs. 39 knots WOT last year.

Any ideas, I've heard O2 sensor needs cleaning and possible spark plug change. Has anyone done O2 maintenance? Advice?"

So there's no use in changing the plugs or checking the O2 sensor before overhauling the fuel pumps? Or should I start with the plugs & O2 sensor first?
