Uncontrolled high reving after 2000 RMP help

I have an OMC 1997 7.4 inboard

I have an OMC 1997 7.4 inboard with an SX Corbra outdrive. I'm experiencing high reving of the engine after 2000 RMP and no power to the propeller. Can someone please advise on how to fix this.
 
Is the prop slipping on the hu

Is the prop slipping on the hub? Mark both halves and give it run to see.

Make sure your trim is going a

Make sure your trim is going all the way down. Maybe you'll be lucky and it's not.
