Are you able to advise me of the Horsepower Rating of this Engine and the Year of Manufacture.

I show the M-26 ACE to be as follows:
  • 92 HP @ 3200 RPM
  • Production date range: 5/12/47 to 1/24/50
  • Serial number range: M26-1001 to M26-3640
Your serial number of 2102 woujld fall into that range, I don't know exactly what year in that period.
