"Re storeing a boat with a LM340/250hp with a Volvo 270T. Found the Super Bee decal for the spark arrestor, was also informed that this engine should have black valve covers and yellow Super Bee on them also? Any help or picture would be great Thanks James."

would you have any pic's of the lm340 that you could put on here.i only ask because i think my boat has the same engine

"Mark, Check the casting number on the block. It is located on the block behind the starter. It will have a series of numbers that end with the engine size followed by a dash and a number. For example: 318-1, 340-1, 360-1"
