"the engine does not seem to be providing the power it sould. it runs great up to 2800rpm after that it will start to bog down/cut out. not enough power to get on step. it has low power all the time but the cutting out only happens after it warms up. Also after it warms up if it quits it turns over very slowly and will only start if battery switch is on both. I have checked or replaced: both batteries, fuel pump, fuel lines, points, condensor, coil,new clear fuel filter(no water in it),new alternator,spark plugs. any advice on this would be great."
