"I have a mercruiser 120 i/o and when i shift weight to the back of the boat there is water coming aboard, slowly. I see and here it. The seal around the out part of the stern is good i just don't know where to start looking."
 
with drive tilted all the way

with drive tilted all the way up and out of the water on trailer look on starbord side you have a rubber drivshaft bellows and a shift cable bellows one of these most likely is torn
