"I have transom seals, both for the shift cable and the driveshaft housing. These items are new old stock (NOS). I cannot find the bellows for a Model C drive. I will look a little more. The last company that made these bellows (E-25628 or 9025628) was The Geneva Rubber Co. in Geneva, Ohio back in 1971. I don't know if they are still in business. If you can't find the bellows I don't think these parts will help you. Is you bellows beyond repair? Did you check with old boat yards to see if they may have used stern drives. If you come across a drive get the serial number. It will tell you the gear ratio and the drive rotation."
