Engine lost 1000 RPM's run

Engine lost 1000 RPM's running down the lake.Idles good and no noise in engine.Any suggestions on were to start looking for problems.Good compression on all cyl.

Have you got spark at each cyl

Have you got spark at each cylinder? Reed valves OK ???
