"I am running on 3 cylinders.

"I am running on 3 cylinders. I checked (standing behind motor), the right side doesn't have any spark on any of the cylinders. What could be the problem. Also, when in water, it doesn't plane out due to 3 cylinder."

"On the shift arm, stb side, where the cable is attached. Disconnect the leads going to it and check, but first be sure it moves freely and not engaged when in gear (shift cable adjustment).Be careful when shifting, it might be hard to get out of gear!"
 
The shift assist switch is loc

The shift assist switch is located on the motor where it the cable attaches to the motor.
