I have twin 454's. When I

I have twin 454's. When I trim down one side is extremely slower than the other. Any ideas?
 
"You will need to rebuild the

"You will need to rebuild the endcaps on your cyls.If you see black rubber marks on the cyl shaft, that would be from the O rings in the end caps getting tight. making the drive go DOWN slow. they will always go up with stiff cyls but you may have to stand on the drive to go down on a stiff cyl. the pump has three times more up pressure then DOWN pressure.
