"I am working on a 2004 OX66 that is in a 2004 Sea Pro 220CC. Did not prep fuel/boat for winter (Florida )storage, just put it in the yard. It has been down for 7 months and half a tank (50 gals) of fuel.
Changed out Racor 3240 filter/sep, spark plugs, cleaned fuel filter on motor. Fuel bulb is pumped up firm. I used a test light to check the internal fuel pump , with key on I get power. Still no start.
I sprayed some starting fluid in the air intake and got it to run ( with water muffs on ) just for a few seconds. Pulled a couple of spark plugs and there is no fuel getting to them.
I unscrewed a brass screw/plug on the little aluminum tank and got fuel to drip out, replaced screw. Pulled fuel hose off the top of the same tank squeezed the bulb and got a stream of fuel out of the line.
Still no fuel to the motor.
Does anyone have any idea what to do next?
Many thanks in advance.
PS: This is my first venture on this type of motor, as you can probably tell."
