85 evinrude black oil from lower unit

i have a 85hp evinrude1974 was

i have a 85hp evinrude1974 was running great then it would not run when i pulled it out of the water i saw black oil comming from 3 small holes where the lower unit bolts on also oil was out of yhe shaft and the prop should i junk it or can it be fixed for a decent price?
 
First look at your gear lube s

First look at your gear lube see if theres any water the black water may just be exhaust oil there are small weep holes in case to drain water normal if you have water in gear case you could get a seal kit pretty cheap and resealit alot of after be stored black cruddy water drains out the drain weep holes the holes are seperate from gear housing good luck
