No spark

i have a yamaha mid 90's 4

i have a yamaha mid 90's 40 hp 3 cylinder. like everyone else it ran fine the last i used it 2 months ago. the #1 fires with a very nice spark (i just pulled the wire off the plug) #2 fires sounds a little weaker. nothing on the #3. i replaced the plugs swapped coils to no avail. whats else. CDI? any help would be greatly apprecaited. thanks

will you do the test in volts

will you do the test in volts not in ohms

test the trigger outputs
then check the cdi out puts

tell me the colors and i can tell you what to test

is it a factory manual?
 
the dva i have rectangular in

the dva i have rectangular in shape two leads coming out of blk and red with two female plug ins also blk and red. please bare with me i'd love to figure out as much as poss. without having to turn it over to a service tech. i'm just not at the moment familiar with dva.by looking at the service manuel their Dva shows somthing larger and also it shows that it plugs into a wall? do you think im in over my head? once i know i have the right equipment i feel certain i can handle this

i just unscrewed the dvi from the motor to get the colors of wire
3 wires all white
grn stripe blk stripe red stripe
1 blue
1 brown
2 orange w/ grn stripe
1 ground
all that is one bundle
2nd bundle
3 wires pink, white, yellow red stripe"
 
blue and brown are the stator

blue and brown are the stator
or/green is probally triggers
pink are warning horns
white is stop circuit

plug the dva in the meter
then you need to crank the motor over

i just did a pulsar coil test i dont know what my reading means but my low is 1.5 my high is 221v again thanks for your help
