Please help me with advice.
I just bought a boat with a 100HP Johnson motor. The guy who sold me the boat said it's a 1972 boat. I took it out and stuck in sand bars quite several times. The engine starts again fine when it hits deep water.
I brought it home and the next morning, I see quite a bit oil leaks between the propeller and the lower unit oil case.
Can I still operate the motor?
What's the risk if any?
Also, I see 2 holes with smoke comes out plus little steam. Are these the pee holes? How come not too much water come out?
