Replace solenoid and still clicking Trim pump

alpha one 1986 trim pump . See

alpha one 1986 trim pump . Seems it went down sounded like it had no umph . Any way I replade both solenoids and now clicks up and down . Trim motor ? trieed jumping the solenoids and nothing ?

"Bad trim motor or corroded ground connection or positive connection at the solenoids ,either on the pump bracket or battery /starter connection."

"Will the engine start? Yes? Per Bt Dr. instructions, make sure BOTH ENDS of trim +/- cables are clean and tight. Also verify the 110 amp fuse where the + cable connects is not corroded or loose. Otherwise, as the Dr. prescribed, need new pump motor. DO NOT TRY TO ADJUST VALVE BODY, YOU'LL RUIN THE FACTORY SETTINGS.
