Looked with mirror, only the manifolds did crack
do I put some kind of sealant between the gasket and the manifold, or is the gasket sufficient as sealant?"

No sealant required on the manifold gaskets. Just torque properly as Bondo says.

"Due to shipping costs, the dealer in the states told me I should get alu manifolds, they are about $100 more expensive then original one's (shipping $470), but the shipping cost would be only $180.
Is there any reason I shouldn't get the alu one's?"

Have fun with replacing manifo

Have fun with replacing manifolds. Did it a few years back. Almost impossible to do by yourself and they get heavy after awhile trying to get the bolts in. If you can aluminum might last and won't be as heavy.
