"Hi again guys,

Trivia question!.....The motor and outdrive run fine when it's hooked up to the garden hose, Once i put her in the water the engine bogs down, Carbs spit and will not go? Had the carbs rebuilt, have all new ponts, cap, roter and fuel filters, etc.
It's driving me Crazy!!

Can you answer this problem?
