"I am doing the ignition on a '55 10hp Johnson. When I pulled the flywheel and looked t the coils they looked fine. They are light green and must have been replaced at least once. When I removed the stator to replace the plug wires, I did notice a very slight crack in one of them. The crack is about 1/2 inch with no separation. How can I know whether it is good or not?
