"LOOK AT THE STEERING ARM, SEE IF THE CABLE IS ON THE PORT OR STARBORD SIDE. IF IT'S ON THE PORT SIDE ,TURN THE STEERING WHEE ALL THE TO THE LEFT.
THIS WILL MAKE THE CABLE AS SHORT AS IT CAN GET.
MAKE SURE TO CUT ALL OF THE ZIPP TIES.
TAKE A NOTE OF WERE THE STEERING WHEEL IS BEFORE YOU TAKE THE CABLE LOOSE.
PULL THE CABLE OUT FROM THE HELM, DO NOT TIE ANYTHING TO THE OLD CABLE,THIS WILL MAKE IT MUCH HARDER.
GET THE OLD ONE OUT, AND FISH THE NEW ONE IN.
HOOK THE CABLE TO THE STEERING ARM, REMEMBER WERE THE STEERING WHEEL WAS,A FEW ZIPP TIES, AND YOUR DONE."
