I plan to buy a 1967 Correct C

I plan to buy a 1967 Correct Craft Freeport hull that needs an engine and outdrive. I want to restore the boat to as much "as was" as possible and need help to confirm the type(s) of engine I should use and to source same. Would really appreciate any help from those that know as I think it came with a Ford Interceptor originally.

"Can't help you much with parts, but there are two of us here at Southeast Correct Craft who were here when we were building Freeports. We can offer information. I might be able to get you a photo of a new one if you don't already have one.
