"I am not sure how this is called but it is a separate motor beside the tilt trim that thanks to all of you I just repaired this with a $ 13 solenoid this is a smaler motor with two plastic clear hoses that go to tease fins in the back to level the boat.
I pulled this off and found that the reservation was full of pink liquid, this plastic container has like a long nail that pumps liquid in there and a worn out gasket very small around this. There are 5 cable jack going in to this, my question is how can I test this ?"
