"1978 evinrude - We can get this to turnover but won't start. We have replaced plugs, gas line & oil. We just bought this & were told it was winterized. Does anyone have ant ideas or suggestions?"

"what hp....it makes a diff........but,..basically,....ck,--spark--ck for fuel to carbs.....make sure choke is closing fully when u engage,...."
